Got another stinkin cold and this one cam on the day before the event. It didn't knock me out but I didn't want to push myself over the edge.
So I just went for a solid time which I got. My 45:55 was good enough for best relay bike time in the corporate challenge by one second. In the overall event a sub 45 minute time would be competitive time. I feel that I could accomplish this on a good day without improving my overall fitness. To get better times would require some practice to know how to push harder at the right times.
Anyone interested in running some TT practice sessions?
